Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the criteria of TS in the Fifth edition of the Diagnostic Manual of Mental Disorders of the United States, TS was diagnosed by two attending psychiatrists or above at the same time; 2.Aged 7 to 12 years; 3.Chinese children's IQ >=80 points on Wechsler Intelligence Test; 4.First-episode untreated TS patients; 5.Right hand.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Comorbidity of other mental disorders; 2.Epilepsy or other neurological diseases (including craniocerebral trauma); 3.Claustrophobia; 4.Metal foreign bodies in the body.
