Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >=60 years living in community; 2.Be independent of basic daily life; 3.Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as severe depression or severe cognitive impairment by neuropsychological evaluation; 2.Drop-out and data loss; 3.Musculoskeletal nervous system disorders that affect balance function; 4.Rely on assistive devices to walk independently; 5.Had stents or pacemakers in the body.
