Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade I to III; 2.Male; 3.Aged 18 to 65 years; 4.Male patients undergoing elective laparoscopic radical resection of liver tumor or colorectal tumor in People's Hospital of Deyang City.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with myocardial injury, heart conduction block; 2.Renal insufficiency; 3.Patients admitted to intensive care unit after surgery; 4.The researchers deemed unsuitable for the group.
