Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy subjects: (1) 45 healthy volunteers; (2) Aged 20 to 85 years were recruited; (3) In good health; (4) The experiment was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University; (5) Before the experiment, each subject voluntarily signed the Informed Consent. 2.Patients with dysphagia after stroke: (1) Patients with stroke, (2) In line with the diagnostic criteria for stroke established by WHO; (3) CT/MRI confirmed cerebral hemisphere lesions or brain stem lesions; (4) The clinical manifestations were dysphagia and confirmed by VFSS examination. (5) Aged 20 to 75 years; (6) Sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Healthy subjects: (1) Dysphagia or swallow discomfort; (2) Cognitive dysfunction (MMSE<24 points); (3) Structural changes of head and neck and neuropsychiatric disorders; (4) Metal implants in his head and face. 2.Dysphagia patients after stroke: (1) Previous brain trauma, brain tumor or other neuropsychiatric diseases; (2) A prior history of dysphagia; (3) Severe cardiopulmonary and renal complications; (4) With severe cognitive impairment (MMSE<24, or inability to perform 3-step commands); (5) Visual and auditory impairment; (6) Metal implants in the head and face.
