Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hip fracture patients: femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture, acetabular fracture; 2. Aged >= 65 years; 3. ASA classification I~III; 4. The preoperative MMSE score is > 24 for middle school, > 20 for primary school, > 17 for illiteracy; 5. The patient signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe visual or hearing impairment or inability to communicate with visitors for other reasons; 2. Senile dementia, cerebral hemorrhage, sequelae of stroke, installation of pacemaker and other important organ failure; 3. History of epilepsy, alcoholism, neurological disease and mental illness; 4. Preoperative biochemical tests suggest renal dysfunction (serum creatinine > 177 µmol/L) or active liver disease.
