18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lumbar degenerative changes such as lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, etc. confirmed by clinical manifestations, signs and lumbar spine CT or MRI, and mainly chronic lower back pain; 2. Patients with continuous or intermittent pain for >= 3 months, visual pain score (VAS) score >= 3 points; 3. No mental disorders and other chronic pain diseases; 4. No history of major systemic disease or head injury or coma; 5. Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Brain tumor, brain atrophy, previous intracranial hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage and other organic or neurological diseases were found on MR plain scan.
