Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children hospitalized in ICU; 2. The age is less than or equal to 18 years old; 3. Receive sedation for more than 48 hours during ICU; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with severe craniocerebral trauma; 2. Children with neurological and mental retardation; 3. Children with mental illnesses such as depression; 4. Children with autism; 5. GCS score less than 3 points; 6. Children who died within 48 hours of admission.
