Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thoracic surgery; 2. Aged over 65 years; 3. ASA I-II grade.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative history of mental illness such as cerebral infarction, schizophrenia, epilepsy, depression, etc.; 2. Combined with a history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Severe liver and kidney damage; 4. Severe hearing and visual impairment; 5. Long-term use of narcotic analgesics, sedative-hypnotics; 6. Preoperative MMSE score 30kg/m^2); 13. Patients with high intracranial pressure or intraocular pressure; patients with hyperthyroidism.
