Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA class I-II; 2.BMI < 25kg/m^2; 3.The children who underwent knee arthroscopy were given informed consent by their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with previous hip and lower limb surgery; 2. Children with fractures and tumor-related diseases; 3. Those with metabolic diseases such as diabetes; 4. Those with infectious diseases or long-term use of hormones; 5. Those who are using cholinergic and adrenergic drugs; 6. Patients with severe anemia and coagulation disorders; 7. There is a history of local anesthetic or related drug allergy; children who cannot complete pain assessment.
