18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria; 2. Patients between the ages of 18 and 55; 3. Visual analogue scale (VAS) >= 3 points; 4. No treatment related to non-specific low back pain within 1 week; 5. No history of spine, lower extremity surgery and trauma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low back pain caused by trauma, malignant tumor, infection, abnormal metabolism, hip osteoarthritis or any other disease; 2. Sciatica/radicular pain syndrome; 3. Patients who participated in another clinical trial within 1 month; 4. Suffering from severe kidney, liver, gastrointestinal, and cardiovascular diseases; 5. Pregnant women and lactating patients; 6. Skin infections, ulcers, scars, lumps and skin diseases at the site of acupuncture; 7. Patients with mental disorders, severe diabetes and coagulation disorders; 8. Patients with poor compliance and unable to cooperate with completing the questionnaire.
