Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neurosurgery patients undergoing elective lumbar interbody fusion surgery; 2. Aged >= 65 years; 3. ASA classification < IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refuses; 2. Research drug contraindications; 3. Emergency surgery; 4. Preoperative complicated organ dysfunction; 5. Patients with lumbar spine deformity who need staged surgery; 6. Perform simple lumbar discectomy.
