Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed as T3 stage lung cancer with pathological diagnosis; 2. The condition is stable after standard treatment; 3. The average standard total score of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) is >= 50, and the self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) index is >= 0.5; 4. Aged 25-60 years, junior high school education or above; 5. Patients voluntarily participate in the research and sign an informed consent form; 6. No need for hospitalization in the past month and the estimated month in the future; 7. The home address is in Guangzhou.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness; 2. Patients with other physical diseases; 3. With severe substance abuse; 4. Patients who are unable to undergo psychotherapy; 5. Women during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
