Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adolescent: 1. Grade 7th to 12th; 2. Consent not given by school or parents to participate in off-campus services; 3. Inability to communicate in Chinese or Taiwanese. Older adult: 1. Aged 55 years or above, and having cognitive impairment; 2. Older adult and their family agree to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Adolescent: Orphaned; Older adult: (1) Early stage or moderately severe dementia; (2) Hands cannot move freely.
