experimental group 1:30ml 0.375% ropivacaine was injected into the iliac fascia space under ultrasound guidance
experimental group 2:Under ultrasound, 20ml 0.375% ropivacaine was injected around the hip joint capsule, and 10ml 0.375% ropivacaine was injected around the femoral lateral cutaneous nerve

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; gender is not limited; 2. ASA I-II level; 3. Elective hip arthroscopy is required; 4. Voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative combined peripheral nerve injury or disease; 2. Long-term oral painkillers for chronic pain; 3. Severe compound trauma; 4. Women during lactation and pregnancy; 5. A history of steroid use within two weeks of the study; 6. There are contraindications for regional block; 7. The patient has a history of allergy to the study drug; 8. Diabetic patients; 9. The wound is infected.
