Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: General ICU patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Under the age of 18; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Patients who use a mask to breathe; 4. Patients who feel excited and uncooperative when they try to visualize the sublingual microcirculation for the first time; 5. There are factors that seriously interfere with SDF imaging (maxillofacial surgery or mucosal bleeding injury, etc.); 6. Patients with dark skin and arm trauma affecting observation of CRT; 7. Patients who were enrolled in the trial for the first time but were later admitted multiple times.
