Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic pain of the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP). Pain in one or more places on the neck, shoulders, and back; 2. Visual Analogue Score (VAS) >=3 points,<=6 points; 3. Aged 18 to 70 years; 4. Clear awareness, able to answer questions accurately, expressive freely, no hearing impairment, no professional music background; 5. Oral drug therapy; 6. Informed consent, all agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form, this study was approved by the hospital medical ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumors and serious heart, liver, kidney, and other diseases; 2. Meet the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for mental disorders in the past; 3. Taking antipsychotic drugs, sedative and sleep aids; 4. Patients with arrhythmia or patients taking drugs that affect heart rhythm; 5. Those who are illiterate or unable to take care of themselves.
