Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pancreatic cancer group (30 cases): 18-80-year-old pancreatic cancer patients who did not undergo radiotherapy and chemotherapy, underwent ERCP to reduce jaundice due to obstructive jaundice caused by pancreatic cancer, and intubated the pancreatic duct several times during the operation. Post-pancreatitis, place the nasopancreatic duct and collect pancreatic juice at the same time; 2. Pancreatic precancerous lesions (PanIN) group (30 cases): patients aged 18-80 who underwent ERCP due to pancreatic duct stenosis, underwent pancreatic duct brushing or direct pancreatic ductoscopy to take biopsy confirmed PanIN, placed the nasopancreatic duct, and collected them at the same time. pancreatic juice; 3. Control group (30 cases): 18-80 years old, ERCP stone extraction was performed due to common bile duct stones, and the pancreatic duct was intubated several times during the operation. In order to prevent postoperative pancreatitis, the nasopancreatic duct was placed and the pancreatic juice was collected at the same time.
