Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Trial 1: People with chronic diseases, athletes, fitness person, healthy volunteers. Trial 2: (1) Healthy men aged 18-30 who have exercise habits; (2) Professionally trained road cyclists.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Trial 1: people suffering from two or more diseases; Trial 2: People with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, etc.), sports injuries, and those who were unable to complete two acute trials.
