45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45-75 years; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I or III; 2. The anesthesia plan adopts general anesthesia combined with paravertebral nerve block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic renal failure (glomerular filtration rate 30 kg.m^2); 3. Hypersensitivity to the drugs used in the study.
