intervention group:Delayed cord clamping lasted for at least 60 s after delivery

control group:Delayed cord clamping lasted for less than 30 s after delivery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Double velvet double sheep twins; 2. Cesarean section; 3. Gestational age >= 34 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancer; 2. The mother's blood system disease or moderate to severe anemia, blood quality level <99; 3. Severe liver and kidney disease; 4. Severe preeclampsia; 5. Diseases affecting fetal blood and bilirubin metabolism: placental abruption, placenta previa, rupture of blood vessels previa, etc.; 6. Twin-twin transfusion syndrome; 7. Postpartum deformity (excluding mild deformity); fetal death in utero; acute intrauterine distress; first-born death.
