Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children under 2 years old; 2. ASA classification I-?; 3. Critically ill children undergoing elective or emergency surgery under general anesthesia who need invasive arterial monitoring and intermittent blood sample testing during surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric patients who have undergone arterial puncture within 1 month; 2. Injury, infection, hematoma, peripheral vascular disease at the puncture site; 3. Allen test is negative; 4. Congenital heart disease, hypovolemia or cardiogenic shock, severe arrhythmia, etc.
