Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Geriatricians at the attending physician level and above working in West China Hospital of Sichuan University; 2. Physicians participating in the study will be asked questions about the prognosis of patients with: (1) Diagnosed with advanced cancer (defined as patients with tumor stage III and IV, including local metastasis, distant metastasis or cancer recurrence); (2) Currently undergoing inpatient treatment in the Department of Geriatrics, West China Hospital, Sichuan University; (3) The geriatrician answered "No" to the question "Would you be surprised if this patient died within 3 months?", or the patient's PPS <= 40% or KPS <= 40%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Estimated survival more than 3 months.
