Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients predicted to be moderately severe acute pancreatitis, SIRS score >=2 points, or Marshall score >=2 points, or APACHII score >=8 points; 2. Within 48 hours of onset; 3. Aged 18-75 years; 4. Willing to abide by the research procedures and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Two or more organ failures within 48 hours of onset; 2. Application of probiotics or antibiotics in the past 1 month; 3. Diabetes, liver cirrhosis, malignant tumor, autoimmune disease; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Combined with gastrointestinal bleeding; 6. Combined with gastrointestinal fistula.
