Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the prostate cancer group: 1. Aged > 50 years; 2. The digital rectal examination touches a hard nodule of the prostate, the boundary is not clear, there is no tenderness and the total serum PSA>4.0ng/ml; 3. Cases diagnosed with prostate cancer by prostate biopsy or pathological examination after prostate surgery; 4. Prostate magnetic resonance scan (MRI/MRS) and/or B-ultrasound showed prostate mass. Inclusion criteria for the control group: 1. Aged > 50 years; 2. Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after the inclusion criteria for prostate cancer were excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of lower urinary tract symptoms; 2. A history of sexually transmitted diseases; 3. A history of urinary tract infection within 2 months; 4. Hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia and other metabolic diseases; 5. Have autoimmune diseases; 6. There are other systemic malignant tumors.
