Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 6-12 years; 2. Myopia equivalent spherical lens degree: -0.50D-6.00D, astigmatism is less than -2.00D; 3. The difference between the equivalent spherical lenses of both eyes is less than 1.50D; 4. Distance-corrected visual acuity greater than or equal to 0.8; 5. Intraocular pressure 10 ~ 21mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have used other drugs or training methods to prevent myopia in the past six months; 2. Patients with a history of photosensitivity, atropine allergy, glaucoma, cyanosclerosis, ocular hypertension, albinism, psoriasis, nephrotic syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, diabetes and other immune system and systemic diseases, Active ocular inflammation, history of ocular trauma, history of ocular surgery, systemic and ocular organic lesions; 3. Fundus macular degeneration or damage, other retinal or macular diseases that affect the structure and function of retinal blood vessels, such as simple central serous retinopathy, diabetic retinopathy, retinal central or branch vein occlusion, uveitis, retinal vasculitis, etc. ; 4. Preterm infants and low birth weight infants; 5. Can not be reviewed regularly.
