18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with T2DM; >= 18 years; body mass index > 18.5kg/m^2; 2. Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) 6-8%, stable blood sugar control; 3. The original oral hypoglycemic regimen has been used regularly for >=2 months and dapagliflozin has not been taken before; eGFR>30 ml/(min·1.73 m^2) with or without proteinuria. Approved by the hospital ethics committee, the patients signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver, kidney (eg: acute kidney injury) or heart disease (eg: hemodynamic instability, cardiac insufficiency NYHA grade 4, myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmia, severe hypovolemia, etc.); Cancer; use of insulin; use of diuretics; T2DM complicated by acute complications of diabetes, infection, stress, etc.; history of previous recurrent urinary tract infection or genital infection; 2. Those who are not highly compliant with medicine and cannot follow the treatment plan; those who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant in the near future, and those who are breastfeeding.
