Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In patients with ischemic stroke confirmed by brain CT or MRI, the lesions are all in the left cerebral hemisphere cortex; 2. The first onset, a single lesion, within 45 days of the first part of the disease course, and the second part without course limitation; 3. Patients with non-fluid aphasia were assessed according to the Western Aphasia Battery (WAB); 4. Aged 50-75 years; 5. The native language is Chinese; 6. Primary school and above culture; 7. Right-handed; 8. The language function was normal before the onset; 9. Be informed about the repeat transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment and brain imaging scanning procedure in this study, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment; 2. Speech disorders caused by other neurodegenerative diseases such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, and motor neuron disease; 3. Combined with a history of epilepsy, drug abuse or mental illness; 4. There are metal foreign bodies in the body or other electronic devices implanted in the body.
