Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Double velvet double sheep twins; 2. Vaginal birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancer; 2. The mother's blood system disease or moderate to severe anemia, blood quality level <99; 3. Severe liver and kidney disease; 4. Severe preeclampsia; 5. Diseases affecting fetal blood and bilirubin metabolism: placental abruption, placenta previa, rupture of blood vessels previa, etc.; 6. Twin-twin transfusion syndrome; 7. Postpartum deformity found (excluding mild deformity in appearance); 8. Shunt dissection; 9. Contraindications for vaginal delivery; intrauterine stillbirth; acute intrauterine distress; first-born death.
