Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. ASA I-II grade; 3. BMI 18-30; 4. Thoracoscopic lung surgery under general anesthesia, including thoracoscopic lobectomy, thoracoscopic segmentectomy, and thoracoscopic lung cancer radical resection, with a single surgical incision less than 5 cm; 5. Accept postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) therapy; 6. Ability to read and write; 7. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed mental illness; 2. History of chronic pain or opioid abuse before surgery; 3. History of drug abuse and/or alcohol abuse in the past 3 months, and alcohol abuse means drinking more than 2 units of alcohol per day (1 unit = 360ml of beer with 5% alcohol content or 45ml of liquor with 40% alcohol content or 150ml of wine) ; 4. Enter the ICU after surgery; 5. Known allergy to esketamine; 6. Patients with any of the following contraindications to the use of esketamine injection: patients with severe risk of elevated blood pressure or intracranial pressure; patients with high intraocular pressure (glaucoma) or penetrating ocular trauma; poorly controlled or uncontrolled Treated hypertensive patients (arterial hypertension, resting systolic/diastolic blood pressure greater than 180/110 mmHg); untreated or undertreated hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism); 7. Patients who are allergic to flurbiprofen axetil injection and have contraindications; 8. Men and women with family planning; 9. Participated in clinical research of other drugs or medical devices in the past 3 months.
