Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Alzheimer's disease inclusion criteria: After meeting the National Institute on Aging–Alzheimer's Association (NIA-AA): (1) The chief complaint of memory loss, which is confirmed by an insider; (2) According to clinical examination, the diagnosis of dementia can be made and verified by cognitive scale test (20 items ADL>26 points; CDI>1 point); (3) unconscious disorder; (4) Brain MRI examination and related laboratory examinations were performed in all cases, except for other diseases that could lead to progressive impairment of memory and cognitive function; (5) Amyloid/p-Tau increased in PET tracing or CSF Aß1-42 increased with/or increased P-Tau. 2. Inclusion criteria for mild cognitive impairment: (1) The main complaint is memory loss, which is confirmed by an insider; (2) Mild cognitive impairment disproportionate to age and education level is found by objective examination; (3) The overall cognitive function is normal, the basic ability of daily life is normal, and the complex daily or social functions may be slightly impaired; (4) No dementia (CDR-0.5 points, 20 items ADL 27/30 and normal neuropsychological assessment; (2) Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) score = 0; (3) No history of neurological or psychiatric diseases; (4) No memory complaints or cognitive deficits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute infection; 2. CT/MR intolerance; 3. Neurological disorders; 4. Head injury; 5. Autoimmune and systemic inflammatory diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis or Crohn's disease); 6. Alcoholism or drug abuse. Recent treatment with corticosteroids or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or benzodiazepines.
