Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. All patients were diagnosed by imaging examination (brain CT or MRI) and met the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction in the "China Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018"; 3. Within 7 days of the first onset; 4. Have a clear consciousness and be able to independently complete the cognitive assessment scale under guidance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other neurological diseases, such as intracranial infection, microbleeds, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, etc.; 2. Combined with thyroid disease, metabolic disorder, blood system disease, tumor and severe cardiopulmonary and renal insufficiency; 3. Combining depression or anxiety or other mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, mania, etc.; 4. Patients who died or lost contact during follow-up.
