Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age is from 3 days to 5 months after birth; 2. Pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and perinatal high risk factors (such as preterm birth, low birth weight, multiple births, intrauterine growth restriction, intrauterine infection, intrauterine distress, ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy, asphyxia, severe neonatal jaundice, Neonatal intracranial hemorrhage, etc.) and/or clinical symptoms (motor retardation and/or muscle tone changes); 3. Abnormalities with or without cranial MRI; 4. The guardian signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Genetic metabolic diseases; 2. Myogenic diseases; 3. Combined with congenital malformations; 4. Combined with severe congenital heart disease.
