Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Chinese version of Cardiac Depression Scale (C-CDS) total score >=85 points; 2. Patients with stable condition; 3. Those who have the ability to read and understand, and be able to express their wishes; 4. Informed consent of patients, voluntary participants; 5. The patient is proficient in using WeChat, has telephone and network support, and can participate in remote intervention and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective reoperation; 2. Patients with mental disorders; 3. Those who are participating in other intervention projects.
