Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with chronic heart failure (chronic heart failure, CHF) whose age >= 65 years old met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Heart failure diagnosis and treatment guidelines 2018 and NYHA cardiac function grade II-III were selected as the study subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute infection or trauma; 2. Patients with malignant tumors, hematological and immune system diseases, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, and severe COPD; 3. Patients with limited mobility and unable to perform assessment and rehabilitation exercises; 4. Those who are allergic to dairy products.
