Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as acute pancreatitis; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. Disease condition and mental state is stable, and the investigation can be completed smoothly; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete medical records, acute episodes of chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic malignancy; 2. Having a mental illness or other neurological disorder that affects cognitive function; 3. Unable to understand Mandarin, the existence of language, hearing impairment; 4. Patients who also participated in other projects.
