Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Symptomatic POP-Q >=II grade, or asymptomatic POP-Q >=III grade pelvic organ prolapse patients; 2. More than 40 years old, have children, and have sexual needs; 3. Refuse conservative treatment or fail conservative treatment; 4. Refuse mesh implantation for pelvic floor reconstruction surgery; 5. The patients can be followed up for 2 years after operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of pelvic radiotherapy; 2. There is a history of transvaginal mesh treatment for prolapse; 3. Women with fertility requirements; pregnant or breastfeeding; 4. Chronic pelvic pain caused by pelvic floor muscle spasm was found in the basic state examination; 5. Long-term use of steroid hormones with immune diseases; 6. Past history of pelvic malignancy or current suspicion of malignancy.
