Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically confirmed gastric of gastro-esophageal junction adenocarcinoma. 2. Without distant metastasis demonstrated by preoperative images (thoracic, abdominal and pelvic CT with enhanced contrast, MRI or PET/CT, brain CT or MRI is unnecessary if without symptoms), received radical gastrectomy (D1 or D2lymph node resection). 3. Assigned informed content.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who died within 30 days of surgery; 2. Previous history or concurrent discovery of other malignancies (except for cured basal cell carcinoma of the skin and carcinoma in situ of the cervix).
