Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for decreased ovarian reserve; 2. Have hot flashes. The specific manifestations of hot flashes are flushing and sweating that start suddenly on the chest, extend to the skin of the neck and face, and usually last for a few seconds to a few minutes to subside; 3. Have not used any hormonal drug therapy for 3 months before treatment, and have not received similar treatment; 4. Aged over 18 years; ?? 5. Able to achieve informed consent and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with decreased ovarian reserve due to local ovarian surgery; 2. Cancer patients, those with reduced ovarian reserve due to radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 4. Patients with hypothyroidism combined with abnormal thyroid function but with symptoms such as hot flashes.
