Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the Chinese Diabetes Association's Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China (2017 Edition) and Diabetic Neuropathy: the American Diabetes Association's position statement, the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes and diabetic autonomic nervous system diseases; 2. 40-75 years old, regardless of gender; 3. Those who have not taken gastrointestinal motility drugs or treated with relevant methods within 1 week; 4. Voluntarily participate, sign informed consent and be willing to accept the test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Organic gastric outlet obstruction using opioids or GLP-1 receptor agonists; 2. Complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney and other serious diseases; 3. Patients with trauma, tuberculosis, tumor and infection; 4. Mental illness, no self-control, unable to express accurately; 5. Pregnant women; 6. Poor compliance and non active cooperation.
