Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sepsis patients who were diagnosed with sepsis 3.0 standards, the time of admission was less than one week after onset; 2. Stay in ICU is expected to be longer than 1 week; 3. Aged >= 18 years, no gender limitation; 4. The patients voluntarily or their family members agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sepsis patients with multiple organ failure, especially those with severe impairment of heart, liver and kidney function; 2. People who are known to be overly sensitive to AVNS, have a history of allergy or intolerance to AVNS; 3. Local skin infection and electrode cannot be placed; 4. Patients with cardiac pacemakers or implanted defibrillators; 5. Patients in pregnancy and lactation; 6. Those who are participating in other clinical trials; 7. Patients unable to maintain a resting state (such as epilepsy, Parkinson's disease).
