40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with binocular cataract plan to implant EDOF IOL (Symfony) in both eyes; 2. Aged 40-80 years; 3. Preoperative corneal astigmatism = 0.6, postoperative corneal astigmatism <= -0.75D.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of systemic diseases affecting vision and history of systemic medication; 2. The general condition has been complicated by retinopathy; 3. Diabetic patients whose blood sugar is not strictly controlled; 4. History of severe eye disease, eye trauma, eye surgery, severe dry eye and ocular surface disease, history of strabismus, amblyopia, abnormal pupil, abnormal lens and suspensory ligament.
