Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed patients with moderate and severe psoriasis; 2. Aged >= 18 years, no gender limit; 3. Pass the screening and meet the standards for the use of ixizumab; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study, able to adhere to follow-up, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have a history of latent tuberculosis, hepatitis B, or tumors, and those who have failed the screening of biological agents; 2. Patients who are receiving or have previously received biological treatment.
