Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female are acceptable; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetic foot in the 2020 China Diabetes Prevention and Control Guidelines; meet the diagnostic criteria for muscle gangrene in the Quality Control Standards for Diabetic Foot Muscle Single Disease (identified by the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission in 1999); 3. Meet the diagnosis of damp-heat syndrome of muscle gangrene in Traditional Chinese Medicine; 4. Aged >= 18 years; 5. Voluntarily join the clinical trial research and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Organic mental disorders, or psychoactive substances and non-addictive substances; 2. Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or may become pregnant in the study and cannot take effective contraceptive measures; 3. Patients who refuse to accept TCM treatment; 4. Those with obvious symptoms of heart, liver, kidney or other systems and need emergency treatment.
