25 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Eating time window = 10 hours; 2. Those with alcohol intake less than 20g for women, and 30g for men; 3. Present fatty liver disease (B ultrasound, other imaging data, doctors have told); 4. Any one of the following conditions can be met: BMI = 23 kg/m^2; for BMI =130 mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure >= 85 mmHg, or antihypertensive treatment; (3) Dyslipidemia: plasma triglyceride = 1.7 mmol/L, or lipid-lowering treatment; (4) Male HDL-C 2 mg/L; 5. 25-65 years old; 6. Patien Health Questionnare (PHQ-9) score = 10, that is no depressive symptoms; 7. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body weight change >= 5 kg in the last three months; 2. Hepatitis B, C or other hepatitis; 3. Blood donation experience in the past three months; 4. Caregivers, shift workers who require frequent night care/sleep disruption for patients; 5. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 6. History of thyroid disease or are taking medication for thyroid disease in the past three months; 7. Suffering from serious metabolic diseases or major cardiovascular, kidney, heart, liver, lung or nervous system diseases; 8. Participating in a weight loss or weight management program; 9. History of surgical procedures for weight control, or a special diet prescribed for other reasons; 10. Continuous intervention and follow-up cannot be guaranteed due to internship or plan to go abroad in the next six months.
