Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 16 years or above; 2. Men who self-reportedly engage in sexual activity with other males (same-sex activity) in the previous 6 months, regardless of how they identify themselves (gay, homosexual or bisexual); 3. Subjects who are resident in the study area for more than 3 months; 4. Voluntarily participate in this survey, be able to fully understand the informed consent process, agree to accept the questionnaire and collect urine, pharyngeal swabs and rectal swabs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Males who had participated in the study already or treated with antibiotics in the past 1 months.
