25 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertensive disease during pregnancy undergoing cesarean section; 2. Patients with hypertension during pregnancy who need radial artery puncture to monitor blood pressure; 3. Patients with palpation arterial intubation failure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Modified Allen test positive; 2. Infection or external injury at or near the puncture site; 3. Coagulation dysfunction or hypercoagulability; 4. Those with bleeding tendency or during anticoagulant therapy; 5. Patients with vascular diseases such as vasculitis; 6. The operation involves the same range of patients; 7. Amniotic fluid embolism, shock of pregnant women.
