18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. The initial attack of STEMI; 3. The onset time < 12 h; 4. Proximal occlusion of the dominant coronary artery; 5. TIMI flow grade 0-1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous myocardial infarction; 2. Previous PCI and CABG; 3. Left main coronary artery disease and multiple artery disease; 4. Cardiogenic shock( > C); 5. Killip > I; 6. Complicated with mechanical complications such as cardiac rupture,ventricular septal rupture and papillary muscle rupture; 7. Complicated with pericardium or congenital heart disease; 8. Complicated with chronic kidney disease, tumor, severe peripheral vascular disease or other serious organic diseases; 9. Patients who cannot complete cardiac MRI examination, such as orthopedic plate implantation, non-nuclear resistant pacemaker, allergic to gadolinium contrast medium.
