Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. ASA grade II-III; 3. Patients diagnosed with sepsis: those with 2 or more items: (1) Axillary temperature > 37.2 degrees; (2) Heart rate > 90 beats/min; (3) Respiratory rate > 20 times/min or PaCO2 12 x 10^9/ L or 10%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver dysfunction; 2. Patients with renal dysfunction; 3. Patients with uncontrolled severe and unstable angina pectoris, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 4. Restless patients unable to complete thermometry; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease and arrhythmia, such as heart block and bradycardia; 6. Complicated with increased intracranial pressure, central nervous system injury or disease, history of mental disorders, etc.; 8. Patients who received blood transfusion during enrollment; 9. Long term history of sedative and analgesic drugs and allergy; 10. Patients with preoperative drug addiction; 11. Patients who are allergic to any of the drugs used in the study; 12. Septic shock patients with circulatory instability.
