Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histological diagnosis of primary breast cancer; 2. Had undergone lumpectomy or mastectomy; 3. Patients who underwent the first postoperative chemotherapy; 4. Estimated survival >= 1 year; 5. Body mass index (BMI) >= 18 kg/m^2; 6. Informed consent and informed consent were signed to participate in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental illness; 2. With other serious life threatening diseases; 3. Having a serious physical illness, such as deafness and inability to answer questions; 4. Upper limb lymphedema; 5. Patients undergoing other exercise or psychological interventions.
