18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet diagnostic criteria: MRI or musculoskeletal ultrasound suggestive of ATFL tear; 2. Aged 18-40 years. 3. At the time of the previous initial diagnosis, the injury was within 4 weeks. 4. Entered a standardized RT or cast/support rehabilitation process at the time of prior treatment. 5. Voluntarily accepted to join the study, provided relevant data at the time of previous treatment, and completed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous treatment with fracture of the ankle-foot area; 2. Previously treated with other osteoarthrosis and other activity limiting comorbidities of the lower extremities; 3. Severe heart, liver, kidney, severe diabetes mellitus and other organic diseases of the endocrine system; 4. Poor compliance during previous treatment, not receiving treatment on time or receiving other treatment at the same time.
